Cancellation Policy
Security deposit is non-refundable if cancelled, rescheduled, or No Show within 48 hours. No exceptions.
All Clients that cancel, reschedule, or do not show within 48 hours of their appointment, will be charged a broken appt fee equaling to the deposit amount required to book those services ranging from $60-$300.
We understand that unfortunate events may occur that will force you to cancel last minute. Please understand that we are a small business and we are at a loss when guests cancel and therefore our cancellation policy must still apply.
